I am happy to hear that you really enjoyed the beauty of the Art Deco design of our historic hotel. I do regret that you had concerns with the cleanliness of your guest room simply due to the age of the hotel. I can assure you that our housekeeping team works very diligently to maintain proper levels of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel and we usually receive very positive comments in this area. I was unable to determine your identity from your Tripadvisor user name, and therefore I cannot reach out do you directly. I would be happy to speak to you personally to address any concerns that you may have about your stay.

Please feel free to reach me by calling Thank you again for sharing your feedback and I do apologize to you that you were not satisfied with every aspect of your visit. Sincerely, Matthew Coffey General Manager. I stayed here for a conference recently and loved the hotel. The entire place is art deco and very much reminded me of the Great Gatsby. My room was clean and very nice. The onsite restaurant Orchids had a great breakfast not included though I was short on time so could only do the continental.

I was on the 11th floor and didn't hear any hallway noise during the night, which was wonderful. The Mabley Place Garage is nearby and very convenient for self-parking not included and they also offer valet parking. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. November 13, Chelsey M. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Thank you too for your kind comments regarding the beauty of our Art Deco architecture, clean guestrooms, and wonderful breakfast. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again soon so you can sample the full breakfast! Sincerely, Malia Fledderman Communications Manager.

I was on the 8th floor in a room at the end of the hall. While there were two windows, there was only a partial view of the fountain square nearby. The hotel has a roaring twenties kind of feel but was meticulously clean. Very convenient located near the Duke center. The gym looks pretty recently done and well equipped but the pool area was a disaster and looked rather forgotten about.

Scary and VERY unsafe!!!! - Review of The Marlborough Hotel

The hot tub was not working which is a disappointment as well. Upon arrival, we had a great welcome from the front desk. Departing felt a bit clumsy in that only as we dropped off our keys were we told that we could have left them in our rooms. We will be sure to share these comments with the management at the Gym. Thank you for letting us know. Thank you too for your kind comments regarding our clean facilities and convenient location to many attractions in the downtown area.

We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back again soon! Great location, updated and historic hotel. Updated rooms. Ask for Jr. Suite sleeps 4 with two bathrooms. Orchids Restaurant top notch. Lobby level bar with excellent service.

Music too. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. See Fountain Square lit up at night. November 11, Macnmiles Cincinnati Dear Macnmiles: Thank you for your kind comments regarding our "top notch" restaurant, excellent service, and convenient location. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.

List of Reportedly Haunted Locations in the World - Paranormal Zone X

I have just left here after a conference. Staff were polite, friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I couldn't fault them. The room I had was very large, excellent standard and very comfortable beds. Very powerful shower which was nice to have, and one of the few hotels I have been in that actually follow their towel replacement policy - so many replace everyday regardless. These took note of what I wanted. Hats off to them. Palm Orchid Restaurant is outstanding.
